Thank you for your interest in GO Trucking CDL Academy, a locally owned and operated CDL school serving Central Missouri and the Kansas City area. We provide flexible CDL training programs, including both online courses and in-person, hands-on instruction. As proud members of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA), we are dedicated to helping new drivers and professionals advance their trucking careers. At GO Trucking CDL Academy, we provide customized one-on-one CDL training in Central Missouri and Kansas City, tailored to your career goals. Whether you’re preparing for a local truck driving job or planning a cross-country trucking career, our program is designed to give you the skills and confidence you need to succeed.
Our comprehensive online CDL training helps you master the knowledge required for your CDL permit test, while our in-person instruction covers every step—from detailed pre-trip inspections to real-world driving skills. You’ll gain hands-on practice with essential maneuvers like straight-line backing, parallel parking, offset backing, and alley docking—all critical skills that build confidence and prepare you for the CDL skills test.
Once you’ve mastered the range, we take you behind the wheel for road training in real traffic conditions, giving you the experience needed to handle any driving scenario. Our personalized approach ensures you’re not only prepared to pass your CDL test—you’re ready for a long-term, successful career in the trucking industry.
Federal Registration…
The course work and training you receive from GO Trucking CDL Academy meets the requirements for the Federal Registry. Once you have successfully completed required components, your information will be filed with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
Testing Locations
Testing sites that we schedule with are located in Lee’s Summit, MO and Sedalia, MO. Each test is scheduled for up to 2 hours and use of our academy truck for one test is included in the price of the full course.
